Greetings from Halifax, Nova Scotia. A beautiful city and province on the east coast of Canada.

As a Customer Experience Guide and Business Coach, I am here to help companies raise the bar in their Customer Experience and be the first choice, repeat choice, and referral choice for their customers.

For 25 years and counting my career has been people focused. Whether as a leader, consultant, colleague, advisor, mentor, board chair, facilitator, volunteer, or as an entrepreneur, my focus has always been on the customer. My promise to customers – internal or external – is to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a 3 X business owner operating companies in service-based, product-based, and consulting-based industries, I totally get it. And I know that delivering exceptional customer experiences is not always easy, but it is always worth it.

This work is deeply meaningful for me. When I’m not facilitating or coaching, I spend my time on my motorcycle, writing my first book, walking on the beach, enjoying a campfire with my hubby and friends, reading a good book on my deck with my first morning coffee, or planning my next travel adventure. I will always be a ‘look at the moon’ kind of gal.

My goal is to help people and companies thrive by cultivating a customer-committed mindset and approach. I do this through training and 1-1 coaching. And I love it.
