Conquering my fear – stepping off the ledge.
Many of us live with the unrelenting grip of fear – it’s holding us down, holding us back. Fear is fear. It comes in all forms, shapes and sizes. It does not discriminate. It’s not always rational. But it is very real. On that fateful day, my fear was real – my body responded as expected and right on cue. The difference on this day – I did not submit to it. I did not allow it to make a claim.
