Writing – Expressing thoughts, ideas, views through words on a page.
For some, writing comes naturally. For others, it’s a honed skill.
Or maybe a combination of both, an innate skill perfected over time.
I fall somewhere in between.
Throughout my career, I’ve been a writer. A communicator through words on a page.
A carefully scripted organization-wide message, a proposal seeking support, a press release, a report, a diplomatic email to a customer, a newsletter, my top 10 travel reflections, personal quotes, and so on.
I’ve been a writer.
A writer, by choice. And many times, chosen to be one.
I’ve seen the power of words. If chosen with care and genuineness they can impact a life in far-reaching ways and beyond measure. Words can inspire.
It is through this journey I have honed my writing skills and discovered the compelling need to express thoughts through words on a page.
Words tell a story. My story.
My blog will be an all-access pass into my world. As I see it and my hope for what’s possible.
I’ll share insight. At 45, I’ve collected a few wisdom gems along the way. Some more polished than others.
I’ll share lessons learned from business. Entrepreneurship is an itch I must scratch.
I’ll share my love for travel. Amsterdam is next on my list. I’ll take you with me.
I’ll share everyday musings. Just because. Why not.
My words will be a reflection. My reflection.
My blog is my canvas.
Let the journey begin.
